Announcing the 2019 Scott Christian Memorial Scholarship Winners

Thank you to all the men and women who applied for the 2019 Scott Christian Memorial Scholarship.

We would like to congratulate the following 3 student-athletes on winning this year’s scholarship:

Conner Harper

The Board of the Scott Christian Memorial Soccer Foundation would like to congratulate Conner Harper on winning a scholarship from the Foundation! Conner will be a graduate of Pendleton County High School with an excellent academic record. On the soccer pitch, Conner amassed 97 career goals (47 of which in a single season). His offensive prowess led him to obtaining the offensive player of the region and 1st team All-State. After high school, Conner accepted an offer to play soccer at Wright State University. His aspirations are to play professionally after college. The Board is very excited to watch Conner grow on and off the pitch. Congratulations Conner!

Brady McKinley

The Board of the Scott Christian Memorial Soccer Foundation would like to congratulate Brady McKinley on winning a scholarship from the Foundation! Brady will be a graduate of Conner High School with an outstanding academic record.  On the soccer pitch, Brady was a 3 year captain on the Conner varsity team, team MVP in 2017, and 2nd team All-Region in 2017. After high school, Brady accepted an offer to play soccer at Thomas More College where he intends on continuing his academic career. The Board is very excited to watch Brady grow on and off the pitch. Congrats Brady!

Jalyn Vogt

The Board of the Scott Christian Memorial Soccer Foundation would like to congratulate Jalyn Vogt on winning a scholarship from the Foundation! Jalyn will be a graduate of Newport Central Catholic High School with an outstanding academic record.  On the soccer pitch, Jalyn was named a team captain, the offensive MVP of the team, and MVP in the All A Regional tournament. After high school, Jalyn accepted an offer to play soccer at Georgetown College where she intends on studying in the Health Scholars Program in the fall. The Board is very excited to watch Jalyn grow on and off the pitch. Congrats Jalyn!
