Selection is made without regard to race, color, creed, nationality, sexual orientation, or religion.
Applications for 2026 are closed. When the next cycle opens in 2027, the official application form will be posted here, and the process will work like this:

Applications are typically due in late April, with finalists notified in May. Exact dates for the 2027 cycle will be announced with the application form.

The scholarship provides a one-time total grant of up to $10,000, distributed among one or more winners. Award amounts are determined by the Selection Committee and the Board of Directors based on the strength of the applicant pool.
